Located in the vibrant Exchange District of Winnipeg, Patent 5 Distillery and Tasting Room is a unique local establishment known for its premium spirits crafted from locally-sourced ingredients. Our team, comprised of diverse professionals including an accountant, engineer, entrepreneur, and pharmacist, collaborates to create award-winning spirits that celebrate the essence of Manitoba.
Operating out of a beautifully renovated former livery stable, we have created an intimate atmosphere perfect for enjoying our artisanal cocktails. We take pride in producing small-batch spirits with environmentally conscious methods, bringing a touch of Manitoban heritage to every bottle. Whether you are a whisky enthusiast or a cocktail lover, our distillery offers something special for your palate.
